Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling
- Design and implement immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder management
- Published author in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Delphi)
