Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and publish quarterly trend reports with predictive modeling for industry leaders
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product innovation pipelines
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes technology deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and causal modeling methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex future scenarios
- Portfolio of successful innovation implementations from trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
