Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead high-stakes strategic workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future scenarios
- Translate complex foresight into practical product development pipelines and business models
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in technology, strategy, futures studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global organizations
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
