Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year strategic foresight framework mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts across global markets
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive teams to build adaptive strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading publications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation processes
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation projects driving measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
