Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-proof business models and go-to-market strategies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans to navigate disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings and thought leadership
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Mentor innovation specialists while fostering a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends across at least two domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
