Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2026+
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype solutions for future market needs
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused strategies into development pipelines
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships or acquisition targets
- Establish KPIs to track innovation impact and ROI on future-oriented initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful product launches or business transformations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering insights to executive audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis, AI trend modeling)
