Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Advise executive team on disruptive technologies and market shifts with data-driven risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate future scenarios to stakeholders
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation mindset across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP, CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading high-impact innovation projects with measurable ROI
