Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global mega-trends (2026-2035) across technology, economics, and social paradigms

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
