- Collaborate with executive team to create 10-year strategic roadmaps with quarterly impact milestones

- Present foresight insights and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
