- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision

- Build quantitative forecasting models for industry disruption scenarios
- Champion future-ready culture through executive briefings and thought leadership
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market demands
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track ROI of future-oriented initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
