Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for market leadership
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging startups
- Champion organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation
- Monitor and report on emerging technologies' competitive impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation roadmap implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformation
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
