Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive business models
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global geopolitical, economic, and social shifts affecting future business landscapes
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
