Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future-state roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and test futuristic concepts with real-world applications
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional adoption
- Analyze geopolitical shifts, regulatory landscapes, and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Davos, TED)
