Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Establish competitive intelligence systems for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused projects
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Experience in tech or biotech industry preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) a plus
