Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term strategic vision for the organization, specifically focusing on emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitive positioning for 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on future tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to align departmental goals with the overarching 2026 strategic vision.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate budget and human capital to high-priority initiatives that drive future growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic plans to executive leadership and board members, ensuring clarity and buy-in for the 2026 vision.
- KPI Development: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives leading up to and including 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy within the technology sector.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic transformations and roadmap development.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to forecast future scenarios.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
