Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ market positioning
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends
- Create scenario-based strategic models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation projects
