Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients across Fortune 500 sectors
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive teams to co-create future-ready roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging economic paradigms
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with 5-year investment horizons
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into tangible product roadmaps
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or socio-economic forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Strong command of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
