Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Partner with investment teams to identify disruptive startups and acquisition targets
- Design predictive models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build the company's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
