Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making and long-term planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive leadership
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
