Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across technology, social, and economic domains to identify emerging trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to model future business environments and strategic implications
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning Innovate Tomorrow as a futurism authority
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism consulting
- Proven ability to develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, climate resilience, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
