Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for C-suite executives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism at Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
