Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems
- Provide responsive technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data
- Deploy and troubleshoot hardware/software across 100+ workstations
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent technical training
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 administration
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira preferred)
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
