Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption forecasts using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Advise C-suite executives on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping societal impacts of Web3 and decentralized systems
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Briefs' distributed to 500+ innovation stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions in our innovation labs
- Represent Horizon at Davos, SXSW, and global technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Prophet) and data visualization
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology transition implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global engagement
