Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for market evolution in key sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in trend analysis and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or biotech commercialization pathways
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
