Your work will directly shape how we navigate technological disruptions, market evolutions, and societal shifts in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 5-10 year scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps for organizational adaptation to 2026+ market realities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate innovation pipelines aligned with long-term trajectories
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, climate resilience, and human-machine collaboration
- Establish metrics to track foresight effectiveness and strategic agility evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with future-facing focus
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFCS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
