- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Monitor global disruptors and recommend preemptive strategic pivots
- Represent company at industry futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Strong data visualization and quantitative analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
