Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational preparedness for emerging megatrends
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend interpretation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy implementation
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and causal layered analysis
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and uncertainty quantification models
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent professional credentials
