Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global forums (Davos, CES)
- Mentor junior futurists while building external partnerships with academic institutions
- Quantify market disruption risks using predictive analytics and Monte Carlo simulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Tier 1 firms
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Trendalyzer)
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful enterprise-level futures projects
