Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, social, and economic trends to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create disruptive innovation frameworks
- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
