Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented innovation priorities
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and technology investments
- Monitor competitive intelligence and emerging technologies to identify first-mover advantages
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for communicating complex futures
