Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data to identify disruptive trends affecting our 2026 business landscape
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Produce quarterly trend reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Design immersive foresight experiences for leadership teams using VR and simulation tools
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies like neural interfaces and biotech
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurist academies or similar institutions)
