Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting technology, society, and markets through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities in the 2025-2027 horizon
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
