Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Present disruptive insights to executive stakeholders and boards through compelling data visualizations
- Establish innovation governance protocols for emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, quantum encryption)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on 5+ year future forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals or major tech publications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
