Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable plans
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
