Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce actionable insights through white papers, executive briefings, and trend reports
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and analytical tools
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic positioning
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (e.g., CFPS)
