Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
