Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of forecasting tech/socioeconomic trends with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
