Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design bespoke strategic frameworks for clients anticipating 5-10 year market transformations
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Develop proprietary trend reports and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advolve cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-suite executives
- Maintain trend database and lead quantitative/qualitative research initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in consulting, strategy, or innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, R)
- Demonstrated track record of advising C-suite on future-proofing strategies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
