Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Develop patent-pending predictive models for market disruption and societal evolution
- Present strategic vision to boards, investors, and government entities
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and researchers
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (15+ years experience without)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with 5+ years analyzing AI, quantum, or biotech trends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published author in foresight publications or frequent keynote speaker at global conferences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
