- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with emerging market disruptions
- Produce scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizon with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and keynote speaking engagements
- Monitor global megatrends (demographic shifts, quantum computing, ethical AI) and translate into strategic imperatives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (e.g., Tableau, D3.js)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Demonstrated success influencing executive decisions through future-oriented insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or disruptive innovation
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight modeling framework (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi)
