Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Design predictive models for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing long-term organizational roadmaps
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
