Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and present multi-scenario strategic roadmaps to executive leadership with 3-5 year implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and ethicists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Create predictive models for societal shifts (demographics, climate economics, regulatory landscapes) affecting business strategy
- Design and deliver executive training programs on future literacy and exponential thinking across global teams

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications (AI, biotech, energy, materials science)
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to map complex interdependencies across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry white papers
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
