Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and policy frameworks
- Author annual Future State Reports distributed to Fortune 500 executives and government think tanks
- Partner with R&D to prototype exponential technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
- Advocate for ethical deployment of autonomous systems and neural network governance
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and TED-style futurism conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations (e.g., metaverse ecosystems, carbon-negative economies)
- Expertise in predictive analytics, causal inference modeling, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety protocols
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures narratives to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Future of Work or Climate Tech Disruption domains
