Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops and innovation sprints with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact reports, visualizations, and presentations on future possibilities
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their business implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and societal impact
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
