- Analyze global tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive innovations to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefings for C-suite and board
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
