- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prioritize future-focused innovation initiatives
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through stakeholder workshops
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published work on 2026+ technological or societal transformations
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
- Exceptional executive communication with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
