Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Tech Vision' reports with predictive frameworks
- Design strategic roadmaps for R&D investments in next-gen technologies
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future trends into product development priorities
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation strategies
