Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and other foresight methodologies.
- Deep understanding of technological trends, including AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy.
