Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop future-proof strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Author thought leadership publications on innovation trajectories and emerging business paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Experience in sustainability transition and circular economy frameworks
