Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to inform 2026 strategic vision
- Develop comprehensive scenario models for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Create 10-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and transition milestones
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and futurist think tanks
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Maintain a global trend intelligence database and competitive disruption radar
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
